Camp Activities
What to Expect
Time is precious, especially when it comes to making memories with our little ones, so the week is planned out from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Don’t worry, rest breaks are also included.

Lawn Games
Nothing brings people together like cooperation and friendly competition. Whether overcoming obstacles as a team or being the last person standing in the final round, there’s plenty of laughter and smack talk to go around. And the day usually rounds out with the kids’ favorite - and the parents’ dreaded - Capture the Flag.
At the Lake
10,000 lakes and we’ve got one of them! Enjoy swimming, paddle boards, and rocketing down a giant slip and slide or feel free to just dip your toes in the water and take in the view.
Arts & Crafts
Personalized art activities create unique momentos from your time at camp! Parents and kids have the opportunity to get equally creative and messy.
The Mess Hall
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the mess hall is where we eat fabulous food prepared by the Onomia Camp staff - just wait until you try the the Tater Tot Hot Dish! And if you’re waiting for the doors to open or if your kiddo gets antsy after finishing their food early, the mess hall features a variety of indoor games from foosball, billiards, to air hockey. And there’s always a playmate to be found.
Sign Classes
Kids love learning new signs, whether about their favorite animal or to communicate about their family. And the adults and teens appreciate being able to sit down with a deaf mentor to discuss intricacies of ASL. There are opportunities for both!
S’MORES!
A part of any true camp experience - roasting marshmallows over the communal fire pit at the center of camp! Add some chocolate and graham crackers and you have everyone’s favorite camp snack. Vegan marshmallows are also available for dietary and allergen restrictions.
Talent Show
A special highlight towards the end of a fun filled week - the Talent Show! Prepare something during the week or make something up on the spot, everyone has the chance to be in the spotlight. But if the thought of getting up in front of crowd causes you to break out in a sweat, do no worry! Participation is strictly voluntary.
